"I believe that like as humans, we live in such denial about the fact that we're going to do that. Totally," he says of his wife's medical crisis. "We kind of dip into this reality and then we don't want to hear anything about it." He also lost a couple of friends during pandemic when they couldn't get proper medical attention. 'There's an acceptance to it,' but you know, somebody you've known for a lifetime is devastating.
