The Importance of Deliberate Action
When I step up with confidence, there's a thing in the back of my head that tells me it's arrogance. So I can lean to war towards confidence because my tendency towards humility is actually going to check me on that. For the humble leader, I've counseled them many times to maybe keep a journal to write down those times that this is when I felt like God had laid on my heart. This is how I was supposed to leave. And for the same thing, you can certainly listen to the Holy Spirit saying you didn't handle that very well. You just ran over some people there. You need to slow down.
