The Importance of Activating Insights

In the activation phase with stakeholders, what we're trying to do is help them put this information into action. We as researchers generally have a lot of context in our mind that we either can't put into the report or don't know about. workshop facilitation is the best way to activate insights and I think that should be a technical core skill of user researchers. There are so many different activities out there that can help turn these insights into things that people can actually act on.
