mindfulness is only paying attention to one rock metaphorically at a time staying as present as you can often people will say to me well how do I get rid of rocks like isn't there a way toget rid of rocks and I love this so what they're really asking just in questions is I get what you're saying but what happens if they just keep coming and coming and they just don't stop. And that's where I would say again the stream doesn't get involved in a conversation about what these mean it just hits the rock and goes around the rock and moves to the next one  it takes one rock at a time.
