He got in the middle of the planning to rescue gwang shu from his aunt's captivity. All along, he never let up advising anyone in the ba wong whay leadership who would listen to him about what moves they needed to carry out achieve victory. After four months in asia and little to show for his time out there, he sailed back to san francisco. Whole adventure hadn't worked out as hoped.
