If you're gong to work out at home, that's where i'd say, like, then you should go into the office three days a week. You want to take what your what is already structured in your day, and then tack on the work out before that or after that. And then if you do that often enough, and your brain makes a habit, that's the really interesting thing. So with a d h d, the habit circuitry is completely different.
