Is Remote Working a Good Idea?
Ben: I've been a remote worker now for, you know, going on five years. And yeah, I don't think it works. It's definitely different when you're physically in the same room as people and you can do that. But at the same time, that's also detracting from junior people who would benefit from that interaction. So I'm remote, not because I don't like humans. I'm remote because I'm just geographically removed from my team, like across an entire continent.
