The more time you can spend in stillness or silence with yourself, the better your life. Adi Ashanti: I would love people to do this more and more. For me meditation is hard because I feel like I have developed cultural attention deficit disorder. When we create happiness and positivity in the present we're better at making a better world for others afterwards.
