Breaking Bad News Is a Massive Part of Our Job
We've covered the fact that breaking bad news is a massive part of our job, and how to deliver it. We hope this podcast has given us some idea of how we can slightly polish the delivery of that information. But i think the important part, from my perspective, is that you shouldn't take the framework to the relative to the situation. When it really matters, the preparation and the investment in these frameworks come forehand. What really, really matters is that you treat that person that you're breaking bad news to as a human with that personal interaction that you yourself would want to receive when you're receiving bad news. That's probably the most important thing.
