Rage and Violence Turn Irrational, Right?
Rage can indeed be irrational and pathological, but so can every other human effect. To cure man of them would mean nothing less than to dehumanize or emasculate him. When that reactive, instinctual thing is bottled or become a political principle, that's when it becomes poisonous. And that's when this organic system is as dangerous imposed on the human and the political.
