The ACFT Sprint Drag Carry

The sprint drag carry is the most recognizable of the ACFT events. It's a five by 50 meter shuttles for time. You're turning with a kettlebell, you're dragging a sled backwards and side shuffling. The lateral shuffle was added as a safety measure to have people stop eating it into the grass.
