Teaching to Good Coaches

The deputy head of a school in North London is using step lab to train teachers and show students what attention looks like. He says he used to spend so much time scrabbling around for data on what was going on when setting up the coaching program, but has now overcome that hurdle. The new year will also see him doing assemblies with kids about why attention really matters.
