I'm going to buy at least one more, probably two more hotels here. So it's just tightening up. Our systems are good. But I want to have it so tight like we do in the regular mastermind for the STRs that like anybody can follow it. And then I can partner with a bunch of different people from the mastermind. Because at this point, I have a lot of investors that want to do deals. It comes from being in a lot of high level masterminds. A lot of these successful people are seeing what I'm doing and they're like, dude, how do I get in on one of those?
