The Evolution of Cancer

Cancer cells are identified by your immune system as foreign cells. You have natural killer cells, which without even having seen them before will target these cells and kill them. So it's identified by your own immune system as a foreign invasive species. Now if we simply boost it, we can actually do things like immunotherapy. That's just incredible because again, you're not trying to kill cells, right? The new way of treating cancer is called immunotherapy.
