The idea is not so many women are going into these greedy jobs precisely because they need, they can't do those kinds of hours. So it could be done by having substitutes. And I would say that every person I know who has kids in a different sex couple knows this to be the case. That there is couple inequity. It's the woman who takes the flexible job. The woman who does more, not 100%, but more of the caretaking and responsibility.
