JavaScript and Kotlin APIs in Wasm

There are some, I would say, relatively rudimentary ways of calling back and forth. But it doesn't resemble what programmers are used to accessing directly. On the V8 side, we're looking at optimizations where we can detect that that's happening. It's a very tricky space. We may not be able to speed up the creation of all these JavaScript objects without that sort of interface layer in between WebAssembly and JavaScript.
