Guilt is to the spirit what pain is to the body. And when our nerves r are exposed to that pain, it lets us know we're leaning on the on the stove. The same is true of guilt. Now what we're about to see in chapter six is job's first rebuttle. It's going to go back and forth between the three friends over and over and over - but always comes back to job defending himself. But the irony of job's defence is that it proves that he had the same misperception friends did.
