Is the NFL Taking the Lead, or the Fbi, the Secret Service?

I think at one point it used to be like a federal agency that took the lead, whether itwas the fbi of the secret service. Now, i really don't know ad. I'm pretty sure mimi p d was kind of running point on it as the local jurisdiction. And they may have had support from federal entities, but i think they were kind of calling the shots in Miami. The nfl also has a lot of their own a, you know, high level security people that typically are recruited out of federal law enforcements.
