i think it's very important to remember that people could move in and out of different levels of income. I do think, being financially well off myself, i think my child ni have a lot of advantages that other children don't have. My kids have pretty good jenes, i think. But they also have certain opportunities, connections i've been able to teach them that are going to make it more likely that they do not fall into the bottom half of the income distribution. People should discourage the natural human urge to ahead of others, rather than just ahead.
