00:00
Is There a Cause When Certain Events Continue to Follow After the Other?
Hume, being a child of th enlightenment, does it that way. And because what he has to say about the natural world is that it's just a series of events that follow one after the other. Well, then we say that human nature, human interaction, always behaves according to certain patterns. There is no such thing as free will. I want to now revisit this idea that the scepticism, which says, anything could happen, actually ends up saying that the same thing is going to happen all the time. Because we have no way of understanding or knowing anything except what just keeps happening again and again.
