The trick with trend following trading is to try to find a group of markets that you're tracking that's not so highly correlated. Trend following traders are willing to be speculators in the game, but they don't always win over long term. "I'm trying to clear out any ammo I could possibly have against this just for sake of intellectual honesty," he says.
