Neuro Diversity and Cohorts
As much as 20% of the population is neuro diverse so it's very likely that in training classes you'll have someone somewhere on the neuro diverse scale. So I think one of the biggest things to think about with cohort learning with neuro diverse people or just in general is making sure that the people who are in the in the cohorts all have an opportunity to reciprocate and collaborate and share right. There needs to be some equity there they need to feel like they're not because of their neuro diversity or some other reason at a disadvantage right.
