A retention is an indicator, if you know, how useful or how much your a pi is having on their businesses. How many customers you have? Because we all love customers as well as much as we love revenue. The more down loads you have, the higher the chances of people follow or customers following through on the rest of the framework. If they're driving your support tickets then that means there's something missing up time, down time.
