The Importance of Dressing Your Sheep as Lamb

Lamb is the older sheep. Mutton, not so much. You have to cook it for longer and such. The Middle East loves lamb. Some hill breeds can be hefted. So what that means is it's passed down the maternal line. Right? Can I ask a really dumb question? Please, Shireen. Do we only eat lamb meat? Does anyone eat sheep meat? I've never heard of sheep meat. Might. But yeah, these guys, they can be heafted hill breeds. That's not cheap.
