The Government's Loss of Patience With Bork Site Producers
Freeport and Amman, Nusa have made significant progress in the construction of the smelters. The government simply has a lot more confidence that Freeport will actually complete this smelter sooner rather than later. A big problem with the Bork site producers is that they just lack credibility. If you are one of the mining companies that are relying on exports, you're kind of out of luck.
