Myasthenia gravis is a problem with the postsynaptic acylcholine receptor, and it gets worse with use. With exercise or with repeated use, the strength actually gets better. The classic peaks for mycenae gravis are female in their 20s and 30s but there's also this bimodal peak in it affects men in their 70s and 80s.
