I was waiting for you to say I do these super intense like hit five to eight minute workouts, but you're like super intense 30 minute workouts. Well, for me, that's 30 minutes every other day is way less than I used to do. If I jump on the rower and I do an all out one minute or five minute row as fast as possible, and then I try to do a 20 can casual 20 minute row, those are the worst 20 minutes of my life. When you absolutely deplete yourself for the first minute to five minutes, it's like you've got nothing left.
