There's an intentional training of, you know, we're taking rank and file jobs in industries we think are important. This is an intentional kind of entry into the work force, or switch of careers because you're a socialist, militant worker. Rub yo: We've got ways to go before we are trending in the direction of being a movement that becomes more than the sum of its parisi. I think we have fragments of a movement. And if we hit the place where we're a movement, i think it's going to take lots of different people from lots of different backgrounds.
