The Gun Byback Program in the Nation

Gaban Newsome, who recently promised that california is about to enact the largest gun byback programm in the nation. I'm actually somewhat surprised at its coming down now during mid terms. In order to get re elected, i think that in some ways, you need a kind of reach out to both sides. The people that have guns and use them appropriately and defend themselves and their families were talking here.
