If things stay the way they are, who's the winner? Some say Russia because they gained more than they lost in terms of territory. My definition of winning a war is if you're the country that got attacked, you stay intact. I feel like by my definition of winning and losing, Ukraine won. Now, did they lose a lot? Yes, but everybody loses a war.
