What Is an Author?
The text today has freed itself from the necessity of expression. Despite this, it is not bound by interiority. It implies a perpetual exteriority coded by signification and those are my words. So ironically, such an exteriority repeatedly reifies and faces the writing subject. What we see then is a kind of perpetual transformation within the logic of signification.
