Jeff Bezos has announced that he'll be donating $10 billion to fight climate change. Peter Bergen: I'm extremely skeptical of government spending on climate change, but much less so with private spending like Bezos. He says politicians and bureaucrats have less incentive to spend dollars well because the dollars they're spending aren't theirs. Bergen: In contrast, here's Bezos who has a strong incentive to spend his dollars well as there he is.
