The most successful thing we've done at entrea architect is the community building. I grew up in a profession that was very secretive firms did not ever share their secrets, which don't exist. The next generation is coming at it intuitively, transparent and open. By helping one another become more successful, we're all growing undistractively because we're lost over years by letting our responsibilities go away.
