The Worst Speech Ever

I thought it was the least rousing, rousing speech I've seen. She pauses for a moment and there's like shout out from the crowd where they're like, what do you propose? And then somebody else says, let her speak, right? But it's like, but nobody was talking, right? Like it was dead silence, but they're acting like it. There's shouting over the, it was terrible. It feels like maybe if her speech had gone slightly differently he would have woken up and joined the empire.
