"I would literally never tell an employee or staff to like never read or never listen to or never talk to because for me it's all about focusing on what's true and what the evidence is," she says. "That truly is a cult-like tactic for the OUR leadership to tell its employees to not read the material that's that's definitely disturbing", Lizzie adds. 'This isn't me defending OUR that um running a non-profit's hard, so often when you start with a non-profits it's just like somebody trying to do good,' Liz continues.
