How much more actual facts were we expecting there to be revealed in the process of the trial? Not having a trial. How many facts do you think or does it rob us of any facts? We've received probably thousands of pages of memos and transcripts of depositions, which as your listeners know is really just people being questioned under oath by lawyers for the other side most of the time. And we've just seen so many emails and text messages and internal conversations of people speaking privately. No institution really wants all that revealed. Like nobody looks good in these circumstances.
