Despite the fact that they are trading at 30 cents on the dollar, they are technically not in default. That means that the founder of evergran can sort of choose to do whatever he wants. And so if evergrand is actually having an impact on where peviose is a fixing the currency m then that in itself makes it already systemic. Just because it's not a problemit doesn't mean it's not systemic.
