The Problems With Paint on the Street

Part of Washington Street with bus lanes. Then a further part of Washington Street also on the silver line, which has Black Lives Matter painted on it. Does that count as a bus lane? I you see like um, Transfly Crosswalks in London too. And I'm like, okay. The dictated, of course, by Alice Caldwell Kelly to determine what is appropriate to drive in the Alice Lane. But for all its faults, this project was at least very cheap.
