Don't Work for Capital One, You're Not Changing the Customers World in a Six Month Contract
If you like variety and king with interesting brands that change every six months, then by all means, work for an agency. But don't be mistaken, you're not changing the customers world in a six month contract. If you want to build something that really provides value for a customer at scale, there is a solid chance that you are in it for four to five years before you build something well thought out. Macdonalds wasn't in the food business. It was in the real estate business. Their value proposition was being an affordable food option. That was fast on everyone commute. Once ray crock figured out his value proposition, the business flourished, and the early employees flourished as well
