The Advantages of Investment Property
investment property does not qualify for From the inheritance data point of view. It's only commercial property tied to a trading business but in my opinion, there is no greater way to build a safe business um And wealth if we want to use that word by buying and building a trading business that owns the property it operates out of The compound effect of doing that over 10 years compared to buying a flat to rent out is just No non-combarable.
