Are You in a B2B or B2C Model?

The consumer model is transactional. In the enterprise, there's this much more inertial momentum because there'll be an enterprise license agreement or something like that. And so when you look at the techniques we have for managing the churn in the consumer market, they're very data-driven. You don't have a customer success department. You can't afford one. You can have product-led growth. But other than that, it's going to be all data- driven. So I think listeners to the same, when you're thinking about your churn problem, you have to ask yourself, am I in a more B2B or less B2C model?
