How to Translate the Old Testament

It's sort of slightly sad in a way that one of the best known bits of the Bible for most people who perhaps learned it in school and church growing up is actually not brilliantly worded. Then can make people confused. The problem is people are, you know, I just can't stand it when they put modern versions of the Lord's prayer into services.
