Chuck: "I feel like to be competent in the machine learning, I have to have some data science skills" He says he's more interested in building a system that my backend system can talk to and use. The last two long-term positions were at Morgan Stanley; they got acquired by another large company. Chuck doesn't really enjoy working in a large organization like that.
