We're Going to Build a Relationship With Europe

This is a sign of desperation about the conditions of our economy, not a breezy recovery, as some would have you believe. You are now losing, in this country, much competition, particularly in high tack, to the chinese. The danger in substituting nationalism and government controls with private enterprise is that it has, in the past, often led to war. And we see it all around us again, like a slow motion train wreck about to happen. I want to turn finally to the problem of running water. Two point two millions of our fellow citizens now live under conditions in a household without running water.
