Inflation and inflationary pressures are definitely driving what we sometimes call catch up militancy, because inflation eats away at people's real wages. And then I think the other factor is the conditions of labor shortage. There are fewer workers either available or willing to work in certain sectors. That creates a whole bunch of conditions that are creating pressures,. especially in those parts of the economy that really relied on low wages.
