I think it's important to have a lateral shoulder movement if you think about the rings and how much work that men are doing. I'm pretty much going in there and sharing the type of exercises we do which you could call calisthenic or gymnastics. It's not uncommon for an eight-year-old girl to be able to do 15 chin ups so it's having those high standards.
