Public Private Partnerships - What Matters?
Some of these commitments that are coming out at the beauty pageant of commitments are, in fact, public private partnerships. You know, governments can't act alone. The business community can’t act alone. They really have to act in concert. So is that, well, first whall, ai, my looking at that in the rigt way? And then does that matter?
