There were really no major allies besides the british. So maybe the other ones, we're just eastern european countries where we're basically happy to be friends with the us. And just going along with a whatever america would do. Libya was held up by people who were apologists for the bush administration. The idea was that akadafe saw the us. Was serious about dealing with bad actors and so he got rid of his w m ds. He's also helping a clamp down on emigration from africa,. stopping them, al, you know, the refugees, which they don't want. There doesn't seem to have been any grand strategy here.
