VKS

The most common manpad is the Egla 1, which the Ukrainians refurbished a very large number of them that they had in stock before the war. They did also have stingers, later they received things like Star Street, HVM from the UK. I think the other thing to flag about the change in VKS behavior is coming back to the process issue for them. One was whether the pilot says they hit it, which isn't necessarily accurate. The second is satellite imagery, which it looks like the Russians can only really obtain during the day. And then the third thing is SIGINT, right?
