The Trier Effect: What the Evidence Says

The prosecution and the defense experts contradict each other about the meaning of the powder marks that were left on Harry's temple. The right hand for me is absolutely critical in this case. I think everybody believes the first shot was the one that went through the hand because it sounds like the second shot they believe was the kill shot, the shot that killed him in the temple. But what does the evidence actually say? What can I conclude from the evidence so I could guide that the trier effect in terms of this is what the evidence actually says?
